Contact details: Name, email address, UK delivery address, phone number (for courier arrival notifications).
Order data: Custom box flavour selections, gift card messages, scheduled delivery time slots.
Technical data: IP address, cookie preferences, encrypted session credentials.

2. Communications & Notifications

Transactional messages such as Order Confirmation, Kitchen Preparation, and Courier Out-for-Delivery are sent directly as part of our service agreement. Any optional promotional communication is sent only with your explicit consent and can be toggled anytime in your account.
