Customer notice: These terms govern the purchase of fresh, handcrafted dessert products prepared in our Tiramisunami studio. We encourage reviewing our allergen matrix and delivery/cancellation policies prior to placing your order.
Orders placed through tiramisunami.com constitute an offer to purchase freshly prepared tiramisù subject to daily kitchen capacity. The contract is finalized once payment is verified via Stripe and a digital Order Confirmation email is dispatched to your registered address.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT. Our server-side pricing engine calculates subtotals, delivery fees, and promotional discounts automatically. Payments are processed securely via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Our artisanal tiramisù is prepared with pure Italian mascarpone and organic free-range eggs without artificial preservatives. Products must be refrigerated immediately between 2°C–4°C upon receipt and consumed within 48 hours for optimal flavour.
The Special Day Assistant offers the plans, prices, annual delivery limits and flavour tiers displayed at the time of subscription. Subscribers may update recipient details or cancel according to the controls available in their account dashboard.
