UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 perishable food declarations
Perishable goods notice: Due to the handcrafted, fresh, temperature-sensitive nature of our artisan desserts, statutory 14-day cancellation cooling-off rights do not apply once pastry preparation has commenced in our atelier.
You may cancel your scheduled order with a full refund up to at least 2 hours before your designated kitchen preparation window begins. Once our pastry chefs begin soaking the Savoiardi ladyfingers and piping fresh mascarpone cream, cancellations and modifications cannot be accommodated.
If your box arrives damaged, has exceeded chilled temperature tolerances, or differs from your custom configured flavour selection, please email us within 2 hours of delivery with photographs at support@tiramisunami.com. Our customer support team will promptly arrange a fresh dispatch or full refund.
Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your financial institution, funds typically reflect in your account within 3–5 business days.
